These Terms govern your access to and use of the Beauty on Cloud platform as a customer, specialist or admin.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, booking a service or offering services on Beauty on Cloud, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Roles on the platform

  • Customers use the platform to discover specialists and book services.
  • Specialists & salons offer beauty services and manage their availability, pricing and bookings.
  • Admins / owners manage the platform, handle user issues and keep the marketplace safe.

3. Accounts & security

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must not share your login details or impersonate another person.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used in an abusive or fraudulent way.

4. Bookings & cancellations

  • When a customer confirms a booking, they agree to the specialist’s pricing and policies shown on the platform.
  • Specialists are responsible for honouring confirmed bookings or updating availability when they are not able to accept.
  • Cancellation rules (for example how late you can cancel) may be set in the app and can differ between services or locations.

5. Responsibilities of specialists

  • Comply with all laws, licences and health & safety regulations applicable to the services you offer.
  • Provide services with reasonable care, skill and professionalism.
  • Keep your profile, pricing and availability accurate and up to date.
  • Treat customers and staff with respect and maintain a safe environment.

6. Ratings, reviews & content

  • Customers may leave honest ratings and reviews after a booking.
  • Reviews must be respectful and based on genuine experiences.
  • We may remove content that is abusive, illegal or misleading.

7. Limitation of liability

Beauty on Cloud provides a technology platform that connects customers and specialists. We are not a salon or employer of specialists. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from services booked through the platform.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our platform grows. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and may notify you through the app or by email.
